Weekend in the city – IHG One Rewards Member Exclusive Offer Terms & Conditions
- The IHG One Rewards Member Weekend in the city – Member Exclusive Offer (the “offer”) is valid only for selected bookings made by IHG One Rewards members from 12pm (JST) on 20 February 2024 to 6pm (JST) on 31 May 2024 (both dates inclusive) (the “Booking Dates”) for weekend stays of a minimum of one (1) night with a check in on either a Friday, Saturday and Sunday at participating IHG® branded hotels in Japan between 23 February 2024 and 31 May 2024 (the “Stay Dates”).
- You must be an IHG One Rewards member to make an eligible booking under this offer and if you are not a member you will be invited to join IHG One Rewards in order to complete your booking.
- The offer is only applicable to bookings made under the Weekend in the city – Member exclusive offer and is available at participating hotels in Japan for weekend stays of a minimum of one (1) night with a check in on either a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and includes a benefit of either (i) a JPY5,000 Food & Beverage credit per room for each completed eligible night’s stay under this offer (a daily credit for eligible on-property food and beverage charges made for each day of a stay will be applied to your final bill); or (ii) a complimentary room upgrade to the next room category for the duration of the stay. See our website for details of hotels participating in this offer.
- The benefit provided to the member of either a F&B credit or a Complimentary Room Upgrade will be notified to the guest upon check-in however, due to room availability, an room category upgrade may not always be available and requests prior to check-in are not accepted.
- If a room category upgrade is not available, the hotel will provides a F&B credit as described above.
- A room upgrade shall be confirmed at the time of arrival at the hotel and will be based on the room type selected at the time of booking.
- Room category upgrades are defined as the transition to the next-best available room type at the hotel. Upgrades vary by hotel and may include but are not limited to a room on a higher floor, a room that is larger in size, has desirable views or amenities or other rooms identified as higher category by each hotel.
- Some participating hotels may only have F&B credit option for benefit. F&B credits do not have any cash value and cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash or any other equivalent credit and cannot be used towards room rates, taxes or other fees or charges.
- The F&B credit is based upon each completed night’s stay and any unused credit on a specific day may be accumulated and moved forward to be used on subsequent days of the same stay. However any F&B credits unused at the time of check out will be lost and cannot be used for any future stays.
- Please note that at Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya F&B credit is based upon each completed night’s stay and any unused credit will be lost each day at the hotel’s standard check out time and cannot be moved forward to subsequent days of the same stay or any future stay.
- For bookings by IHG One Rewards Platinum & Diamond status members who may automatically be eligible for a room category upgrade, the hotel will offer either a F&B credit or two tier upgrades subject to availability.
- The hotel reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the benefit.
- Bookings under this offer can only be made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel.
- Available room types and stay dates for this offer depend on the hotel. Rates are per room, per night, subject to availability and blackout dates may apply and may vary by hotel. Cancellation and no-show policy apply.
- You may usually cancel or amend your booking up to 6pm local time the day before your check-in date, however the cancellation terms of the rates offered by some of the participating hotels in this offer may vary depending on the hotel’s own cancellation policy so check the cancellation terms at the time of booking.
- Cancellations after this period or a no show will be subject to a one-night charge. Amendments to your stay dates may incur and are subject to additional charges for room price fluctuations.
- Individual participating hotel policy may vary in regard to number of guests allowed per room in this offer. At Holiday Inn, Kids 12 years and under stay for free sharing parent’s guest room in existing bedding and eat free from the all-day dining restaurant with an accompanying paying adult guest.
- Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points. Standard IHG One Rewards program terms and conditions apply. Visit ihgonerewards.com for details. IHG reserves the right to remove a member's points or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent use of the Promotion is detected.
- Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges are not included. Any other In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases and private dining are excluded from this offer.
- Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The offer is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Not applicable or valid with other discounted rate promotions, offers or discounts. Rates and rooms are subject to availability. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels so check at the time of booking. Final bill will be in hotel’s local currency.
